A service from A to Z for the management of villas
Our services include the following:
– Ad management : Photos and writing.
– Tenant management : Selection, Check-in/out and support 7 days/week.
– Villa management : Detailed guide to the use of the villa and its equipments, household linens (sheets and bath and pool towels), regular and complete professional cleaning and laundry (between each tenant and before the return of the owners).
– Dynamic management of your rates : the best daily price for your accommodation. Our profit manager analyzes the local market, its seasonalities, events and trends to maximize your income by up to +35%.

The Concierge+ rate is a percentage of your rental income for all of our services described above, excluding cleaning fees:

Cleaning fees are billed separately directly to the tenant.

Telephone support, intervention of a craftsman if problem (equipment failure, water leak, etc.) and therefore the guarantee that you will not be disturbed during your holiday.
Regular maintenance
