– Ad management : Photos and writing.
– Tenant management : Selection, Check-in/out and support 7 days/week.
– Villa management : Detailed guide to the use of the villa and its equipments, regular and complete professional cleaning and laundry (between each tenant and before the return of the owners).
– Dynamic management of your rates : the best daily price for your accommodation. Our profit manager analyzes the local market, its seasonalities, events and trends to maximize your income by up to +35%.

The Concierge+ rate is a percentage of your rental income for all of our services described above, excluding cleaning fees:
