Self-finance your voyage with your rental income!
Go on holiday without any worries: neither budget nor maintenance and supervision of your residence in your absence. We rent your property in your absence and manage everything from A to Z. Only pay the difference between the price of your voyage and your rental income: your villa finances your holiday! So you can improve your stays in quality and duration.
How does it work ?

Choose your destination
Express your holiday wishes and we take care of the rest: organization of your voyage with our partner myluxurytravel, estimation of your rental income, rental, etc. Then we give you an advance on your estimated rental income. Thus, you only pay the difference between the price of your voyage and the estimated rental income.

Rental of your property
We manage all aspects related to the rental of your villa: elaboration and distribution of your ads, concierge, cleaning, etc.

Leave in the best conditions
We take care of everything: regular maintenance of your villa, tenant management, monitoring! The commitment and professionalism of our teams ensure that you get back a perfectly maintained good and we base our success on your total satisfaction.
